Thanks for the 2010 wrap up! I'm gonna stock up on some of your favorite supps. Random question...do you ever feel nauseated from taking zinc? I take zinc pills here and there and feel nauseated every time I do. Maybe the liquid form would be better.

Aha! We share the same blood type also! I am A+. In the blood type book, we actually benefit from drinking coffee! Have you noticed that? Many foods on that diet that I love are the best ones for me, and many I can't tolerate are ones I am not supposed to eat.....especially dairy.
