I am new to your.Chanel love what I have watched so for. But were do you live were you have to take a plane to work., what do you do, and is it worth it?
@spikerunner0037 So glad you enjoy the videos! :) I live on Cape Cod and travel to Nantucket and no, its not worth it. But in this economy its the highest paying job I can find and feed my family.
Flying in fog is the worst. I was on a flight to Japan via Korea a few months ago which was forced to circle because the weather conditions on the ground in Korea were so bad. After circling for about 15 minutes the captain said "We're going to attempt to land, the conditions are still pretty bad, hopefully the aircraft will be able to withstand them". Hopefully? HOPEFULLY??? Are you kidding me? We couldn't see the runway even after we had landed the fog was so thick!
yeah like the 3 plane that ive ever taken be4 dropped and i felt like i didnt care if i died it was amazing but it was so unusual it was the worst plane flight ever lol
@planecrazytom <<< Hey everyone, this is the pilot who drove out to save our asses stuck in Plymouth. Hahaha! So sorry I clearly got the passenger count wrong in the video. Should have said "holds 10 people/8 people" instead of 10 passengers/8passengers. Think the flight gods will forgive me? ;)
ohhh geez i refuse to go on tiny planes they would have to drug me before i stepped foot on one eeep! glad u made it tho lol and PANDAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!
Sending my condolences for you and your Grandmother, God bless you, your family and your friends and all the pilots you will be flying with in the future.
Wow, that was a pretty rough experience. I had similar stories, about 10 near death experiences. One was that I was crossing the street, no cars around, I looked both ways. A drunk driver with an Impala was driving in my direction, I noticed it too late. I got hit, broke a leg, cracked a few ribs, and had a few cuts on my chest and face. I was pretty lucky to have survived that given my condition. Well I guess I thought I should of shared that. :b
That must have been a pretty intense experience. Me personally, I have yet to have flown on a plane and have always been scared most of my life getting on one. When you hear horror stories, gets a bit unnerving. Maybe one day, I'll man up a get on one. LOL
.....and that stone is nicely breathtaking. (My condolences to you, btw.)
Looking forward to your new material. Hope you get all your other affairs in order okay. Take care! :) - Chris
I thought you were making cookies full time? Quit that job Carrie Lee. You hate it!! Focus on your cookie business and if you have to sell your house to make ends meet do so. Fire your employer and hire yourself. You know what I mean.
OMG! I so glad you are alive...I prolly would have been like the young kid. I have only flow maybe 3 times in my life (not counting layovers) and had nothing to the caliber that you go through on a (sounds like) a daily basis. ~HUGFS~ Can't wait to see the new and exciting stuff you've been up to. :-)
Hello,Carrie. Ahhh, New England fog. But, flying on instruments, with an instrument approach, he should be able to pick up the lights on the runway. let me sim it on my computer.
@Blargaldalien I guess, from what I'm being told, that at roughly 200ft you have to make the decision to abort if you can't make a visual at that point, that's why they have minimums in the first place.
cool , if you didn't wet yourself you are truly brave.
