  • OK friend I tried fitting a 5D2 gripped into the Tenba with a few lenses. It's a squeeze with a 100mm Macro and a 24-70 but it will accommodate a lens of that size with hood reversed. A 70-200 will have to be carried unmounted.

    Hope this helps

  • Thank you friend. I'm glad you enjoyed my ' Hollywood moment ' :)

I'm afraid the peeps are right. A gripped body with a lens placed as you say, simply would not fit. It hasn't bothered me since I don't carry my equipment that way. I don't shoot out of a bag you see. That apart, the bag is very useful, durable and versatile. It's also well-priced. One thing I forgot to mention in the video is that the base is made of a waterproof material.

  • Thanks for the review. I have been thinking of this bag off and on for the past several months. It is nice to see a new video pop up that I haven't seen over and over!

Do you ever configure it to have a lens mounted to the body? I have an Xti with grip, and have had people say that it does and does not fit bodies with grips in a 'lens down' configuration due to the width it creates near the top of the bag.
