Amazingly, I heard this song just tonight. Having experienced most of the tribute songs written about John's life, yours, Ron, has to be the best sung and well written of all of them! Your words express so well our feelings about John and his music. "He's a part of us that never will be gone." That says it all for so many of us. Ron, your words so eloquently reflect what I feel in my heart for John. I've always told people that a very large part of who I am is because of John Denver. Not only because of his love for Mother Earth but for his passion for self-discovery and self-creation. Thank you for sharing this heart-tugging, achingly beautiful song. It made me cry.

Dear Ron, What an incredibly beautiful memorial tribute to John Denver. You found so many beautiful pictures to capture the lyrics of the music. Thanks Ron a million times. I was so lucky to see John in Philly and in NYC, Too bad so many people never understood his music. I still listen to him everyday. Couldn't live without John's music. Gone too soon :(

Thanks Ron!! I just finished watching the "The John Denver Story" with Chad Lowe as JD and was disgusted by the lack of effort put into that movie. He was a great singer and composer and thanks to fans like you he will live forever!!

Just as sad as it is that he's not here to sing for us any longer is the fact that there are no more great new songs coming out of that gifted and unique mind.
