Viol d'Amour on the stop knob, Viola da Gamba on the pipes, not quite as keen but with this sound quality you'd be hard pressed to tell the difference. It's in the Choir division of an English cathedral organ. I'm sure someone could do a better demo - this was an afterthought from a recording session to illustrate things in a presentation.
