Do you make most of your Dies? What Rockwell hardness do they need to be?

HI

I make all the dies I use. as for the hardness I cannot say as I do not have a way to check. For the thin edge ones I use a mig welder and build up the outside of the dies blank and machine it to size. The mig wire is 70Kpsi. send me your email and we can commun that way.
