@Tristan154UK im thinking that RA4 should be a crossover game of all the C&C factions. have you played the mod "C&C All Stars" for Generals Zero Hour? that mod basically grouped Soviet, Allied, Yuri into the Red Alert Allience, GDI, NOD into Tiberium Collation, USA, GLA, China into General Elites. RA4 should be just like this, but with Empire of the Rising Sun and Scrin, and a more professionally made game.

Except they wouldn't be the USSR... the USSR was ended in the early '90s. If they do change from what they are now to something else I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be the USSR again.
