famous lyric/coloratura soprano praised for her impressively unique mixed/middle register belongs to soprano Ivonne Kenny, but unfortunately she has has a slightly aspirated top register: sounding forced/pushed, slightly hollow/shrill, and unsupported; which reminds me, you should still preserve your voice, for one by not challenging it, and avoid taking on too many heavy/demanding roles just yet! Listen to Calla's and/or Sutherland's master-classes on record, available lessons on youtube!
hence why the tone sound sounds so rich, projecting, and almost has a 'slicing' edge, reminiscent of a possible future LYRIC-SPINTO soprano ala Renee Fleming - but Fleming nor Sills never sustained F#6, like this girl has here! I just hope her voice gets fuller/cremier, still retaining her top register, hopefully up to solid high F6!
She has that raw, soury timbre thing going on; whereas I found some of the highest notes bordering hysteria that reminded me slightly of Fleming, or verismo sopranos for that matter, combined with that of a coloratura, like Sills. She has a lovely middle/mixed voice, and sounding this chesty at such a young age is truly a natural talent, the sound is even, "anchored" from deep within, almost as if she were "belting" the notes, in addition to ringing them out more in a more flutey technique,
I imagine she will grow to be darker, more bitter-sweet toned potentially bel canto/verismo heroine {possibly future Lucia, Amina, Violetta, or Adina -- if she works hard enough to learn Italian, and proper techniques required for the roles!}
She could work a little bit in the piano and pianissimos technique and it would help a lot to improve this "aria". But still such a performance, pitched, good ressonation, reached all the notes properly and really funny. Congrats!
This is actually really good,especially since your 16. This means you will actually be able to preform this when your older, but remember to focus on lighter stuff and things not so hard on the voice early on so that you will be able to sing this stuff at a time when your voice can perfect it.
I love it! Again, you are incredible!
