@hlpbgh True, but would I was sort of thinking that she was in a bad mood and was hungry. That pretty much means death for nearby humans, wouldn't you think? But if she's in a good mood and curious about humans, then maybe she wouldn't kill us on sight. Not as trigger-happy as I described though.
The problem with that is that she can't limit her powers. You're dead no matter what. ZUN has stated that she can't control her powers and ends up completely obliterating people, but the spell card rules; proposed by Reimu in order to regulate the powers of the more omnipotent youkai, still seem to apply to her while there's no force keeping anyone from breaking those rules. This is the Flandre plot hole.

@Adauchisan Exactly my point with the original statement about Trinity wanting to hug Flandre. Now that I think about it, even if Flandre was curious about humans, she'd still have the instantaneous instinct to kill. But she wouldn't be able to kill people if she was weakened enough, such as when you defeat her in EoSD, so that's a possible loophole, isn't it? Cause she says that she couldn't "even shoot smoke" afterwards.
Which is another strange thing. Flandre implies that her own powers have been exhausted, yet only her spell cards were exhausted. It could be that Flandre; being an extra stage boss, is allowed to convert all of her power into spell cards. That still doesn't explain why she would even care about the rules in the first place though as it's hinted that all she's interested in is playing games. I guess the spell cards could be the "rules" of the game.

The point at which she can't shoot bullets, possesses no super-human strength, can't use four of a kind, or any of her other powers, leaving her as, basically, a human girl that drinks blood (until she recovers from the battle). But still, after exhausting her spells, she submits to the player...
@Adauchisan "Can't limit her power" doesn't mean "Incapable of not using her power." As an analogy, turning a lightbulb on is different from having a lightbulb incapable of being turned off. She probably won't use her power unless she's trying to kill you, according to EoSD: "When she tries to attack a human, she can't control herself and blows them away."
If she's playing a game of danmaku, or being friendly as in this video, you'll be fine. Although, good dodging is needed for the former.

In Flandre's case, it means EXACTLY that. In PMiSS it's written that every toy she plays with breaks. It doesn't really matter whether she intends to harm you or not. You will most likely die.
As for being friendly. Not enough of Flandre's personality or actions have been seen for us to know how she would treat someone in a "friendly" manner. EoSD shows her as a loner who likes to play games. Her profile says the rest.
@SpartanCommodore doesnt matter,Flandre will just tear that person apart,even if the person clicked the dislike button by accident....and so,when Flandre kills that person,that Dislike does not count anymore!logic sollution amirite?
