It's interesting how well these songs fit together. I would say both Call of Ktulu and I Want You (She's So Heavy) are some of Metallica's and The Beatles' proggier songs, and the arpeggios at the end just kind of go together...props to one of the funniest concepts of all time.

I like the Beatles because of their simple composition style and because their music speaks to me. You shouldn't condemn the Beatles because YOU think they suck. Their music was not "designed" for any particular audience, it was an expression of what they wanted to express. If it turned out that teen girls really liked them, then that's just how things turned out. Julia Lennon once told John to stop listening to Elvis and listen to Mozart ("REAL" music). Prog rock, classical, Classic Rock, Metal all have pros and cons
