@thrashfan911 Chris Broderick doesn't sound like him. Technicality is great and all, but Marty has the style, feel and sound to go with it, that makes him unique. Marty, like Dime, and Randy Rhoads represent real guitar heroes

@thrashfan911 yes. however he will never make better music. another thing about brodericks playing is that it has no character. i can hear music with friedman playing and i can tell you that it is him playing. with broderick you really cant.

@thrashfan911 Maybe so, I mean Chris is a hell of a guitar player, but he will never reach Marty's level of feeling in his guitar playing. Do you listen to his solos and his live performances? (ergo this one!) Ozznize is right, Chris has no character in his guitar playing, he just seems kind of bland to me but with Marty, its like I'm having an orgy listening to his playing!

@givemeajackson Kahler are mostly fixed bridges. Slayer use a hybrid one but it's an exception

@Distollica nonono, it's the other way. kahlers are tremolo systems, but some like the hybrid can be blocked. maybe he has a blocked one cause kahlers have no uncomfortable edges and screws while balm muting
