  • in my case i gotta lay and put my legs up because i start getting cold hot flashes low pressure nausea i cannot stay standing or sitting! so everybody arounds me notice it and freak out too. I get attacks while waking out or if im sick with flu etc. i cant explain

  • I have these "panic attacks" mostly in places like restaraunts, can be very embarrasing because I start to sweat alot. No cure, found that drinking a beer or two before going helps. It's either that or get up and leave. Really sucks.

  • @shigotero1972: do you feel a sense of 'derealization' or confusion as if you were in a dream?

  • If you are in that situation, the best way is to start walking fast. get out to the street and start walking as fast as possible! while walking, imagine that your are running way from your anxiety. That you left behind all the bad feeling. Every step you make, is keeping you away from the bad experience. After five minutes walking, turn back you head and think that your anxiety didn't follow you. your muscles will be more relaxed and you will be free.

    iv came back from school about 10 muinits ago and id onlly just got to my 1st class D'=

    i had a panik attack and my heart felt like it was puonding an makin me shake, i had to come home, i cant get this constant worry out my head, i felt like iv let everyone down,including my bf =( i miss him when im there he isnt when hes there im not,i hvent seen him for ages and i feel like a nob i want to get this sorted out now but how =L

  • i use to suffer with this !!! it was so crippling but God delivered me! its knowledge. its faith.
