No we are not almost a 100 percent back to normal. 60% of the businesses and people still haven't returned. 75% of the houses haven't been rebuilt. What has been rebuilt most are empty and can't be sold or rented. We still have abandoned storm damaged property littering the coast not to mention most of the public works like water and sewer lines are still being built and most of the roads look like they have been carpet bombed. I would say we still have years and a long way to go...
