what do i mean by negative muscle tear....Postiive muscle tear is when u tear a muscle in order to increase size resulting in rest and rebuilding of larger muscle....negative tear is when u either over do it rip a muscle to injury where it prevents muscle from functioning correctly. you don´t know a lot about training. I have been a proffesional thai-boxer for 16 years and the most strange idea i´ve heard is to stretch before worming up. You can jump up and down for a few min, or run but you really should not stretch a cold muscle.

While I would Never stretch a Cold muscle, Stretching once warmed up and during a workout is what we have done for decades.
Very few injuries and none during stretching itself. just my .02
