I'm a real estate agent and I LOVE THIS! I always call expired listings Shark CHUM... Agents come out of the woodwork trying to get a new listing. Most of the time the previous agent was doing their job and the problem is the market or/and the price. Word to the wise. Agents wouldn't behave this way if it didn't work. Sadly, camping out at your home and creating a general nuisance tends to work for many. So consumers share in the blame for not being more discriminating.
