  • I thank you so much for sharing - I am just watching this film now!!!!

  • I love this trailer. It truly leaves you wanting more. We are currently producing a wine that is inspired by film noir and can't wait to have it in the bottle. Will be realised in April 2012. Shiraz Noir, the femme fatale, fragrant, alluring and seductive. Will have a YouTube "virtual tasting" once it is available. In the mean time, follow us on FB - search Shiraz Noir or google 'Shiraz Noir"

  • This has become one of my favorites.A great, early anti-hero film.Bogart gives his best performance.Love the dialouge, pace, the sub plots,it would have been much better had bacall got the part. But its still outstanding.

  • I love that the trailer for a flim filled with lust, suspected murder and psycholigical illness Youtube thinks is related to Bambi.

  • Bogart's best and Gloria's too... their most psychological film.

  • wow I have to see this!

  • I get to see this in a 35mm print soon! Woot!

  • just watched this movie 4 the 1st time. fantastic. brilliant performances by humphrey bogart and gloria grahame.

  • Gloria Grahame and Humphrey Bogart together in a noir? I must see this!

  • i thoroughly enjoyed every moment of this film

  • My favorite film. The theme tune just melts you. Gloria Grahame was the best. The only Bogie performance that can match this is Sierra Madre. RIP Nick Ray

  • My third favorite film of all time (behind Casablanca and Vertigo). Just a tour-de-force for all involved; 500 characters is not enough to justify how amazing this film is. Bogart gives the deepest, most complex, mature and best (yes, you heard that right) performance of his whole career. Gloria Grahame is also perfect as his redemptive muse; only the great, late Nicholas Ray could convince his actors to be so naked and vulnerable with their emotions. A masterpiece.

  • well, you did a good job with 500 characters...

  • Pehaps not my favorite, as I've got Howard Hawks, Raoul Walsh, and Martin Scorsese to think of, but Nicholas Ray I certainly adore, and even more, the preformace Bogart gives in this. You said everything about it already, so I'll just give you a thumbs up.

  • @RubyTuesday717 Who the hell are you? My alter-ego?
