@pingufromindia You'd have to hope the guy would spot you before getting into his seat. Martial Arts/fighting systems teach you much more than just physical fighting. You learn to train and then discipline your mind. Though in all honesty, the guy would be fucked if he didn't notice you. The knife attacker is very VERY kind to attack like this... Just try to escape like the baldguy when a guy realy tries to attack you with a knife...

I wouldn't say that Systema is better than KM or the opposite, because I think you can find great teachnics in both.

I'ld say that both complement one another.

@cellman25 afaik technics vs knife attacks are based on that attacker tries to hit your body/head/neck. if he doesn't (smart knife attacker) and strikes just your hands/legs or whatever you stick out, then you can't use nothing except running :D (of course if you don't have any weapon)

anyway it's not easy to say something about any MA by watching one video :)

And how is this better than Krav Maga? There was nothing shown appart from hitting unarmed, not resisting people. No defences, just attacks. Bagwork - nothing unusual, padwork - rather poor.
