As a nurse in oncology ward, I totally understand your working load. Even the video has not showed enough about the complicated working condition. The sound of phone ring and nursing call seem never stop in the nursing station. Besides administering medications and blood transfusion, nurse has to assistant doctor to perform other procedures. We race with time as working. Hope we can get those treatments done on time. We should praise ourselves. Always be confident and professional.

台灣護士真可憐，要職班輪三班，很多醫院為了省錢，把它弄成約聘的，這樣可以省很多錢。三不五時，還有醫療糾紛被性騷擾。還有一種叫醫師助理的，這種工作是醫師的工作還是助理的工作？病歷是醫生在寫的，還是醫師助理在寫的。台灣有健保以總量管制，護士的福利也被管制到了。台灣的護士真可憐...

其實怎樣辛苦,都捨不得離職. 擔心病換,擔心新來的同事能否全心投入這個護理團體,可是,這樣的護理環境,高層人員從未在意過!床數和護人數的比例?正比嗎?工作量呢?或許他們會說"我們也是這樣過來的",但那時的醫界有現在如此發達嗎?藥物有這樣複雜嗎?病人有那樣多患癌症的嗎?唉~真希望有一天,台灣的護界能有大轉變.護士節,我們可以一起放假出遊嗎?
