For those that don't know what happened, this is the second time that happens to the same aircraft, the front wheel didnt deploy when landing, thats why the pilot did a kick and go, trying to make the gravity unlock the wheel, which at the end luckly was deployed

Like walgar2 said, the front landing gear was jammed and wouldn't come down, the pilot had to pull off a very impressive maneuvre in order to make the landing gear drop.
Excellent work by a professional crew. Most would panic in a situation like this. Proud to be Canadian, and proud the people on the aircraft as well as their handlers in Quebec!
@aaronspoon From Edmonton myself. I'm glad that those people are alright. It certainly would have been stressful in that situation. Coming from someone whose had to emergency land in Sydney Australia, I know what it's like coming down seeing those fire trucks and whatnot. It's extremely scary. Good on the Québécoise pilots!
It would have been better if a pickup truck was flying down the runway underneath the NLG and some guy in the back jumped up and pulled on the gear doors... saving the day of course...

@realfkinhero the FRONT WHEEL pickle head. Go to 1:42 - he lands the plane, balances it on two wheels WITHOUT a wheel under the nose. If it never came down (see 1:53) he would have skidded the plane along on the nose. Thankfully this guy has mad skills and kept it balanced on two wheels until the third could deploy.

I can feel the tension of the situation with my dad being a pilot himself. Thank God the nose gear came down after a bit of shaking. Kudos to those pilots :)

@YUYspotter XD :P pi non c pas trucker. une video trucker peu etre remarquer asser facilement et anyway au premierre aterissage, il laurai crisser sa roue aterre sans avoir peur. ((par connessance de pilot)jai jouer a beaucoup de simulation.) hehee :)

@realfkinhero the FRONT WHEEL pickle head. Go to 1:42 - he lands the plane, balances it on two wheels WITHOUT a wheel under the nose. If it never came down (see 1:53) he would have skidded the plane along on the nose. Thankfully this guy has mad skills and kept it balanced on two wheels until the third could deploy.

C'est fort probablement les skis du "Gravel kit " qui sont la cause du problème. L'avion a la particularité d'atterrir sur des pistes en gravier. Elle arrivait d'ailleurs de CYGW. Pour ceux qui ne crois pas à la véracité du vidéo, recherchez sur le net et vous allez trouver bien des reportage de médias.
