im fucking sick and tirred of that you cant fucking customize the cars, there is a fucking garage, but why can you only sell the cars and not customize them, GTA IV got MUTCH cooler cars then the previes games!
Will should get a text from stevie with a picture of the car you need to steel and its location. Its annoying because it doesnt tell you the exact location so you will have to look for a while.
do you have to find all of Stevie's cars in order for this to work?
