The Tru's should have the Code's RWD platform, but the Code is defiantly where it's at. The Code should come with two engine options the 260hp I4 turbo ecotec, and the 300+hp V6 that comes in the Camaro and Cadillac CTS. The Tru is a great looking car and should come with the 140+hp turbo I4 and a performance option with the 260hp turbo I4 ecotec.
The Code 130 looks awful but the TRU 140S is a quite nice design -- give it a back wheel drive [not the planned front wheel] and it will be winner. Love the cap forward design of it...
If you like this fantastic car and you want Chevrolet to build it, join the facebook group 'Please Build the Chevy Code 130R'. And you could leave your opinion on Chevrolet official page on facebook too!
Please Chevrolet, build the 130r! It looks like a cross between the 1 Seies Coupe and the Camaro. It will be rear-wheel driven. What more can you want? Seriously, build this. As your target costumer, I'd buy it in a second.
@RicardoSS85 Considering this is all a subjective exercise, your opinion is as valid as mine. Thus, if I'm an asshole you are too. Although, technically, your name calling a stranger over the internet makes you more so. I don't know you, so I can't make that call.
The mid-$20K price range would likely be at or near the top end of the car's range. Base prices would be likely around $17-19K. Especially with a 150hp engine. The 260hp Turbo-4 would likely be the real top engine in the mid-$20K's, at least for the 130R.
The 130R would look better looking like the mid-70s Chevy Monza, as the Camaro5 does the late 60s-70s Camaro.
Wow, amazing to see Chevy make something that isn't a parody of a lead brick with wheels.

It would be awsome with a 6.2l in it. That might be pretty cool

These look like rip-offs from Nissan/Infinity body designs.

@ALAPINO Yes, your Yaris is a lot prettier. Asshole.

@RicardoSS85 If I had a Yaris it probably would be more aesthetically pleasing.
If having an opinion makes me an 'Asshole', welcome to the club, Chump.

@ALAPINO No, it wouldn't. And what makes you an asshole is not the fact that you have 'an' opinion; is the fact that you have 'that' opinion.

If the 130R is an exercise in design, get back to the gym and bust out a few more reps.
