@mramericanandproud : I'm heat intolerant. The reason I have had all types of vile symptoms of heat exhaustion is complex, but "gettable". You start sweating profusely, which wastes sodium & potassium out of the body, not just water. These are needed for transport of stuff like sugars against a concentration gradient inside the body. So the more you sweat these out, the less efficient you get. Then adrenaline takes over, & you speed up (stronger than caffeine). W/o the energy, you're sick.

I had heat exhustion a few times but i never puke. i get really dizzy and everything goes almost dark but there was one time where i did faint.
