*Cheers and claps* Awesome!!! Personaly i like the Blue Angels better, but the Reds r cool 2 :D & i love how the Blues put on the speed as they fly by the crowd! When we went 2 c the Blue Angels last year, the guy that worked there said that the thing they r doin @ 8:15 was the most dangerous move out of all of them. i couldnt believe it but its true :) ::BlUe AnGeLz RoCk!!!::

It's so hard to compare the two teams given the aircraft they fly, the blues are more of a power muscle demo ( because of the F-18) while the Reds are more of finesse skill demo.

yeah but to be fair the reds fly a 9 man diamond where as the blues fly a 4 man diamond...im not saying the blue angels are bad or anything; i think all military pilots are the best especially any pilot who flies formation...but the reds have that edge with more difficult/amazing maneuvers...and dont forget the reds were voted worlds best aerobatics display team at Quebec and the blues where there fighting against them

I got there Friday night before the Saturday crowd- then I stayed all weekend to catch my first Blue Angels show. I think you captured more than anyone the true feel of being there. Awesome.

I'm currently stationed at NAS Pensacola. I see them practice quite often and it's absolutely breathtaking every single time, even when they're just breathtaking. Great video.

Yeah, that's why I went Friday, much less crowded, plus several people got struck by lightning on the Saturday show, the it got cancelled, and Sunday they did the show again and there was more people struck by lightning. I try to schedule which day I go around the weather and estimated crowd size. I for got my video cam, but got some video with my cell phone I put on youtube.

Yes, I was there several people struck by lightning and one heart attack on a boat, then a fight at accross the road by hooters, it was a terrible storm, they had to reschedule til sunday, several cars stuck in the sand, I have some video of the traffic during the storm.

But it was a great show. we were there from Wed of that week til the next tues, we love going for the blues week, will be there for 2009.hopefully if we can afford the gas.LOL
