I've been going back and listening to all of your Neil Young covers this morning, Steven...this song is one of my all-time favorites from Neil; it showcases his brilliant songwriting...every verse paints a new, crystal clear picture. He is a musical Norman Rockwell. Your version of this song is spot on...I actually like this, with just the guitar and bass, better than the album version Neil himself did...the simpler the better with this song. And your vocals are killer. Into my faves.

This is one of those down home kind of songs,beautifully played acoustically and with the bass added it's great! Tha';s all you need with a song like this,it's a simple kind of folk country. You sing it so fabulously Steven,giving it the right touch,keeping it low key but with lots of feeling. Love your voice,it;s so much like Neil's. I love his music,he's an awesome great songwriter and you follow in his footsteps my buddy! I really enjoyed this. :))
