@xtremehamster that is indeed JUST whipped cream. I recommend you using a thick vanilla custard cream instead (creme patisserie) with real vanilla pods. You can also add Mascarpone Cheese with a dash of espresso and cocoa powder if you want a more italian tiramisu flavor. ^^

There is a right way and a wrong way to eat them...if you just bite into them the cream pushes out the back. The best way is "press, twist, pull" and open them open face, like an Oreo cookie! YUM!!
