I'm really thinking of getting one of these. I just need to find somone decent in the UK to get one from. How do you update the firmware on these devices? Through USB? Do they work ok on a mac.. nice video by the way.
@twintron I got mine off a guy in Sandy Beds (just the other week) He's a top bloke, and he does loads of testing and stuff on it. You can do it via ebay, or email him direct (save yourself 60 quid by doing so) I went and picked it up from him myself as I'm not that far away. He even let me come in and play with it before i took it away. His name's Andy, look him up if you're still after a UK based maker :)

People put a LOT of hard work, research, and thought into modern 303 clones/x0xb0xes like this one. They are built as closely to the real thing as possible with parts that are still made. Pick a side, and stop whining.
If you could afford to buy both , you probably would ( i have both and will first sell my internal organs before selling my TB/X0X when i need cash ) !

there is only 1 componant that isnt in the original tb303
There are also a hundred modifications that make the x0x surpass the tb303 and make it into a monster.

The loop/reverse functions look like fun. Not sure if I'd use the swing too much though!
I may order a x0x soon, so tempting, but my soldering is rubbish!!
