@ace101guy No, the microkorg is a digital synth, This is a CV, (control Voltage) processor meaning that is sends out voltages rather than digital information. Only analog synths use CV signals.
@sonicthehedgehogxp Well, if I was to sell it, I would have to get at least $3000. I have put a lot of TLC into this unit to make sure it works for many years.
@qishmish Not really, I would say it is more like an external LFO, (low frequency oscillator). Sample and Hold does tend to have a sequencing effect though. All it is is random voltage signals.
Thats great. Didn't know the Polymoog's had CV inputs to polyphonic control pitch. So you can also connect an analog sequencer? Don't know about the gate.
can i hook this up to my korg microkorg

What patch cables are you using? I'm thinking I'm going with Hosa.
naturalbluesky 1 year ago
@naturalbluesky I am using peavy cables, but Hosa is good to. I use Hosa MIDI cables.
Take care,

Sweet video! I like seeing the CP-251 with some older gear, especially older Moog gear. :) Sounds cool.

Thanks Mike!
I have never seen this done before. After restoring it I learned a lot about the circuitry.
Take care,

Another great demo!
Thanks, I bet there's very few people who've done that with a Polymogg ;-)
Hope you're well..

Thank you. It has pitch, Filter, and swell CV gates. I dont think you can hook a sequencer up to this model, but you may can on the synth model.
Thanks for watching!
