When I came across the gamer poops, it was from the ACTUAL user's channel. Not Machinima. And to me, the only poops I liked were for the L.A. Noire poops, which, funny enough, were NOT shown in this video. I do agree that Machinima should not be paid for it if others cannot get paid for their poops. However, note how they poop VIDEO GAMES. YouTube (for the most part) allows for the editing and release of video game footage, because it serves as promotion for the developers.
