By the way, you have to boil that hand warmer thing to liquefy it. When you have done that, (it will stay liquefied after cooling down as well) you can bend the little metal thingie back and forward a couple of times, to make it hard, and warm :)

When it has stopped heating up, you can boil it again and again and again...

For that hand warmer, when it's solid, that is when the heat will go off. Wrap the warmer in a towel and place it in boiling water and it should reset. Hope your Christmas was merry!
