do i need a special downloader like sparkIV? An the gta 4 folder is is in the Rockstar Games folder right? When you say default directory what does that mean. Just install and copy everything into that file folder and be done with it? Do i need WinRAR or something

Just download them and copy them in your installation folder. Overwriting is necessary. There's nothing to configure. Just drag&drop and you're set to go. Good luck.

@TyTaxiCab What IS the installation folder. When i see the all the tutorials they say extract them to the game directory. Im guessing thats it. Btw thanks for replying, youre a good person for that. Youre the only one to actually respond to me, since im new to pc gaming. Im guessing that goes with both mods?

The default installation directory is probably C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto IV

This is where you copy the files from the mods. If you did not install it in the default directory, you need to search for it. But try the default path first.

Sorry, but you're wrong. This is NOT a walkthrough. Doing a walkthrough requires complete knowledge of the game, and perhaps even mastery. Besides, a walkthrough shows only the core of the game and cutscenes/videos or conversations are often skipped. This is a playthrough - I play the game just like I would on my own time but I record it. It's not a "Let's play" because I personally consider that LP's must have commentary and, obviously, this does not.
