  • One of the best post-soviet films that honestly showing to the World what is true USSR is -redardless which dictator is in power ...

Great value also is documentary on two young girls that become prototype of the EastWest...their remarkable win over brutal sovok reality....very inspiring.

But they got great advantage....they enter Hell on their own will...and was part of Bogemian circle ....millions of kids, man and woman had none of it and vanished in USSR- KBG human meat grinder...

  • @vsesvit They had one good guy though. The very last one, Gorbachev,. He was the rose among the thorns.

  • @stalinwasright Можешь беситься и брызгать слюной от злости сколько угодно, ничего ты никому не сделаешь, несчастный неудачник.

  • @stalinwasright Pity you are so primitive person. Hope life will teach you one day.

  • Thank you very much for posting! Excellent movie! Yes, this is based on a true story.

  • Excellent movie! Based on a true story? It appears the person who provided these great Russian films with subtitles account has been suspended but I am glad this film was still visible. I hope to see you surface again soon.

  • @stalinwasright

Romanov killers shut it up. You went against true rulers of Russia and see what happened to you. Long live ortodox tzar Russia

  • @stalinwasright Really? Through the internet, we can have interesting conversations with people all over the world, and instead, you insult strangers?

Secondly, traitors to Russia? Russia existed long before the USSR. My grandparents were proud of being Russian. Their disagreement was with the USSR. The USSR didn't want people who disagreed, so why stay?

Life is short. Why spend it hating? We are all human beings and we share this planet together.

    Greetings from the USA.

  • Greetings from Russia!

  • @TheGrailBird Thank you for your greetings :) Don't pay attention to stalinwasright, I think he sends rude messages to amuse himself...I don't think he is who his profile says he is at all :)

  • @byrnon :-)

  • @stalinwasright trollin ain't easy

  • Thank you for uploading! I've been searching for a version with English subtitles. One set of grandparents left Russia in 1920 and lived in France and Belgium between 1920 and 1940. They probably knew people like Alexei and Marie. A gripping love story, excellent performances by all of the leads.

  • a great love story of devotion and sacrifice set in the backdrop of Stalin's paranoiac USSR after the second world war. Your heart goes out for Alexei, what a powerful character and equally well performed.

  • Thank you for sharing this with us, that's very nice of you :) Good movie!
