How hard is it to play a 7 string, Ive talked to ppl and they say a 5 string hurts their hand so I am nervous to get anything larger than a 4 string which is regular size.

@paintballguy113 5-string is slightly harder to play because there is less spacing between the strings to accommodate for the additional C-string. it just requires a little more precision, but it certainly doesn't hurt your hand.

Pretty well-played, must've been hell of a hard time to get used to that instrument (and finding the money for it actually). I do not quite get why people like Eruption so much, and especially why they do covers - it was supposed to be an open improvisation and imo is best kept as such.

Ahh...sorry I saw the Roland amp at the end, in that case just be careful with your equalizer, piezos are super sensitive to harmonic pitches than magnetic tones. Your dials should be set to about 8 or 9 for Low, 4 or 5 for Mid, and 3 for High. Course we all have our own preferences, just what Mark Wood (and I have to agree) suggests.

Sadly it's not the violin that makes this sound so bad. The Viper 7 string using a Barbera pickup which uses piezo harmonics, you can't use an ordinary magnetic guitar amp for these. Mesa-Boogie, Crate and Roland piano or acoustic amps work well, but PA systems are honestly the best. Good effort at the song though. Seriously turn down the High end of your equalizer and up the Low. Remember the violin range is much sharper than a guitar.
