I think the player is better than the mandolin. A really gifted young gentleman but that mandolin sounds awfully tinny.Maybe it's the sound recording but I think I'd be wanting more for my money.

@velvetunderpants44 Really hard to tell though with a 'mid-quality' Youtube vid as opposed to being right there. The Vessel like the Flatiron's, have really good volume for being fairly small. I know I'd give my left ... well, you know... to own one! I'll have to be satisfied with my old Kay A-style and my Bruce Wei F4 import for the moment. ;)
