That's a pretty nice dock you have planned. Go to the BAADS website and see a photo of the accessible dinghy dock built for us four years ago. With rest spots along the ramp even a very low tide is no problem.
Good luck getting the lift. We (BAADS) are coming to the UK in 2010, maybe we can say hello :-)
