google up mods the sims 2 (mts2). they have a huge database of sims stuff from bodyshop to furni. For some really nice furniture and deco google up sims in paris. there a few really good sites out there but i forgot their name. just google for things like free sims 2 downloads custom content

No, The Sims 2 itself doesn't have any princess outfits, but you can download clothes, hair and stuff from internet.
