I have been in your predicament with the tooth thing. Once I split a tooth down the middle, and after about 2 hours I pulled both halves myself. It was the only choice I had at the time, and I sure dont recommend anyone doing that. The pain was awful. Good luck at the dentist.

Sorry about the tooth...I broke a crown while eating a frog's leg and that was the most exoensive frog's leg I have ever eaten. The cost was $650 for a new crown....my dentist has 5 children to put through college...regards...
