It's not a mod, it's a map. You have to be playing Halo Custom Edition in order to play on this map. None of the custom maps work in Halo Combat Evolved, only Halo Custom Edition.

My graphics might me slightly altered because I use DisableAlphaRenderTargets and I also use Yelo Battery to change the placement of my weapons.

Is your server a dedicated server or is it a server that you are hosting?

You need better internet if its your server, but it's someone else then its their internet. If it's slow it can only support so much before it starts to lag.

Ok, first of all graphics have nothing to do with lag. It's framerate that does. 512 kb/s is like 4 times more than mine which is only 156kb/s and I get good ping. My comp can support 8 ppl including me before it starts to lag. But even at 8 everyone has like 167. So with 512 you should be able to run everyone with no problem. If you want to get good framerate then go for the gs.

Fraps is Full Size at 60 FPS. Halo is everything on high but no decals at 800x600.

It can be pretty hard to find servers with decent maps playing, but if you do it's usually very fun. Downsides are that it's harder to get registration on your shots, many people love playing utterly shitty maps and most people who play are way too stupid to be using a computer.

That's called the 'netcode.' Back in the time of Halo PC, people still had things like Dial-Up/56K, so they allowed them to play, which makes the game do that.

It's a terrible internet connection. You know how to look at scores right? All the way to the right of your name, is a column called 'Ping.' If you're ping is low, say 33-66, that's good. 67-101 is fine, but then above 180 is getting laggy.

The depends entirely on your Internet connection and how many people are in the room you're in. Using a wireless or a dial up connection will give you a ping around there.

Google Yelo Battery. It takes a little bit of set up work but it's worth it. However if you can't get it running there is also the Halo FOV Hack(made by the same guy who created Yelo).

Yelo works better for Halo CE since some of the weapons look like shit at 90 degrees.
