All that I'm saying is to not blame the police wholly for these shortcomings; UMNO is to be blamed, for UMNO issues orders to the law enforcers. We have the rights under Article 5(3) in federal constitution. & sub-sections 28A (2) to (7) of the CPC, which clearly spell out the rights of arrested persons, including the right to communicate and consult with the legal practitioner of their choice. i would like to advice this ocpd to study law. Bar council should sue them breach of the rights.

Also, Freedom to assembly is stated under article 10(3)right to assemble peaceably without arms.

They actually came because they receive calls from the arrested people who seeks help and legal advice. They come and attend for free of charge. But after they have identified that they are lawyer, they are not allowed to see their clients.
