What are those on his fingers?

@jackvial Those are metal finger picks, available at just about any guitar store. They are typically used for bluegrass banjo picking. Many fingerstyle guitarists use them as well. They really help you play louder, but I could never get used to them because as a player you lose the feeling of the strings on your fingers.
