  • I want a cd. I would love to spread your music to the world. Please let me know how, when and where I can purchase one. Thank you again. Do you have a myspace?

    Peace, love and light always.

  • Hi, thanks very much, I have a demo CD out with these songs on them, if you click the "a single thread" banner on the right, it'll go to my youtube channel, and I have links to my sites and myspace there :)

  • Very interesting, you've got some very creative grooves, but I'm too much of a purist for it. I prefer it just straight acoustic.

I wish you Good luck in all your experimentation.

  • Thanks, I appreciate the comment, I have a couple more "acoustic sounding" songs ("Believe" and "When She Flies") with another coming soon, as well as one called Overtone Orchestra, which is pure acoustic, when I had the fortunate opportunity to open up for Tuvan masters' Huun Huur Tu, along with a throat-singer and a Tibetan monk. Be sure to check out YouTube for vids of Huun Huur Tu and Chirgilchin, they are some of the true masters of the igil, which you may already know of :)

  • No way! You opened up for Huun Huur Tu?! That is so awesome. I love HHT! :D

I pretty much love anything about Tuva really. haha.

I'll make sure to check out those songs.

  • beautifully....Your Music come from heart!!!

  • Ive got to say "wow" at the instrument and your playing, and the way you play. I think the way you play your music and make your instruments work is just magic, cheers mate this vid is getting 5 stars.

  • Hey thanks man, glad you like it, appreciate the comment!

  • Thanks, the hat is cool, reminds me of the lost era of the once hippy-days.

  • Yes your muz is beautiful, and such as life, but I don't flurt with my friend as others do.Hey now, finally workin it on Gretchen. Happy Easter to you, your wife and Jasmine. Jessi.

  • Thanks Jessi n Gretchen! :)

  • Your welcome, one cool friend, have a good one.

  • how bout some blues on that there six string boy?

  • I love the Tuvan Igil, but I also love Spanish Guitar.

But the artist -is- super cute. <3

  • Thanks Samantha :)

  • Your music is full of suspense, it grasps onto me. it leaves me feeling empty and full at the same time. filtering through me and helping me let go. its very good music to either set you in a good mood. excite you or just help you relax. this is the type of music i tried to make on piano and failed coutless times. I'm just glad someone made it. so now i can relax to it

    Thnx John

  • You use the drum beat in the same room as the igil right? I would gladly put them on digitally instead, to make the whole thing clearer, message me if you're interested.

  • something to be said about music that stays in your head

  • Hey i dont know but is this all your original stuff or is it from someone else? cuz if it's yours then you should make a record. You are amazing.

  • Thanks much Etonlor333, yes it's my own stuff, I put some tracks up online and people seem to like them, so I'll be re-recording some of them with better equipment, or at least give the tracks to someone who can mix them well and hopefully get a CD out, thanks again!

  • Yah man when you do get a CD out post it and try to get it to where i can mail order it. i would definitely support you on your way to becoming one of the worlds known music artists. you are truly gifted.

  • Is this the instrument they use in those asian movies? Such as:Jet Li's Hero and others

  • Not sure, possible, it's from a country called Tuva (near Mongolia) but there are other Asian instruments that are similar in China and Japan

  • no it isn't, this is a tuva, the instrument that you are talking about is probably the shamisen, it's a traditional japanese stringed instrument, and it's very much alike this one but they do have their diferences. It makes me curious to know that there were so many diferent cultures to discover stringed instruments. but check out the shamisen on youtube...

  • just to make a little correction, the instrument that I'm playing is called an "igil" (pronounced eh-GIL) and it comes from the country of Tuva. I'm not from there, but the instrument is :)

  • oops my mistake xS! Nevertheless I think I was clear

  • You should look into getting into the gaming industry. they would like to have music like that in a video game! send some of that good stuff to square enix or sony. you will get a deal for sure!

  • or valve

  • I agree. Video game music is one of the most underappreciated 'genres' ever. Nobuo Uematsu (composer of Final Fantasy music) is a pure genius.

  • a few folks and said that, never really thought about that before, so I'll check that out and see what happens thanks :)

  • dude i like your sound....
