This young Doctor and news caster are so clueless they just make me want to scream! Why does this doctor not know the statistics that medicine has statistically proven that there is a risk 2:40 yet Barbara at 2:51 quotes the incidents of medicine in 1991 &1994 other wise. Beyond the Religious Exemption someone needs to come up with a Genetically at risk Exemption for those of us who have genetic conditions and or are immune compromised we have a greater risk of adverse reactions.

Not by a long shot, but the point is, these vaccines are being sold (and now MANDATED) to the public as "safe and effective". NEITHER of those adjectives apply. There is MUCH evidence that further testing is needed to prove efficacy and certainly to prove safety. The alarming rate of neuro deficit illnesses among our children should in and of itself be more than enough cause for alarm and caution for parents and should motivate our "health officials" to take a much closer look.

Only scientific processes can week out false associations. Here is the headline from the Times of London, "MMR doctor Andrew Wakefield fixed data on autism". Google it. This is the original doctor who claimed a vaccine-autism link. He is facing charges on professional misconduct. The U.S. has done massive studies that show no link at all. It is sad that children have autism, but that is why we need better research, not hysteria that wastes time, money and talent.

Vaccinations are not perfect. They work by provoking your body to make defenses against the viruses. Your body will recognize the very specific chemical fingerprint of the virus, but viruses can mutate enough to have a different fingerprint. That is why the flu virus that they start making in February is not always a perfect match for the flu that hits in November. So, do we prefer imperfect immunity or absolutely none?
