How the hell are they the same? NXE brings a new user interface, bigger chatting partys, and 360 miis. How is that the same as Home? Home is an application, which you enter, and can then talk to friends, enter arcades (e.g. bowling etc), and so on.

NXE = New interface, enhanced features.

Home = Second Life like experience.
