Sega did a great job with Sonic Generations and redeemed themselves of the sonic franchise. Now they need to re-release this arcade classic on the PSN like they did with After Burner; better graphics, but still the same nostalgic gameplay. There's no excuse why they shouldn't as i'm sure it was sell like hotcakes since by now every arcade shooter fan has either a Playstation Move or Gun Con controller, so this would make an excellent re-release for old fans and new gamers!

You can download the rom and run it on an emulator called supermodel. The Star Wars trilogy arcade game is available too. At the moment it has no sound however the emulator is still being worked on.

I remember at the local Mr. Gatti's, in that arcade, stood "The Lost World: Jurassic Park", and the actual machine looked kinda scary, too. Then I went in the cabinet, and tried to watch the attract demo, and all of a sudden, there's the "creepy" copyright date, and then I started watching the intro. As soon as the thunder went off in the intro, I ran straight out of the machine, and was kind of scared.

So, this is probably one of the scariest Sega arcade games, and a VERY good one, too.

At our former local arcade, it was so cool sitting inside the machine and pulling the curtains on the sides to block the light... you felt really immersed already, and then the insane "boom" sounds from the T-Rex in "attract mode" before you inserted coins; it was so damn loud and bass-heavy... had some good (surround I think) speakers.
