You can what order he recorded these parts in. Look at the first few seconds. The officer was done first. Then the cowboy. The construction worker next. And the Indian last. Just look at the arm movements. As for the sailor...by this point he'd recorded the same song 4 times, and his face as the sailor just screams

It,and his deep gruff voice sort of limited the effect.

Despite (or perhaps because of?) the out of tune harmonica,this is far Superior to the Village People version.
