Hey I followed these directions exactly and it worked perfectly for most of my music, but on itunes a bunch of my songs are just listed as 4 captial letters, like "XUSK" instead of the name of the song.. while on my ipod all those songs are listed as normal.. does anyone know how to fix this?

@brendanlwood A very tedious way to fix it is to just listen to each of those 4 letter songs on itunes, and then change the name and artist to whatever is correct. That would take me forever so I came here asking for help....

Control Panel

Folder Options

Then go along to the View tab

And on that list there should a be a folder which says Hidden Files and Folders.

Just tick the box saying show hidden files, folders and drives.

The rest of the tutorial still works, just a little Windows 7 update for it. Thumb up so people can see it

When I watched this I didn't see the options, But luckily I have no life and knew about the back door. You may have to refresh your Ipod Folder when you apply the settings. (also helpful for hiding your Pronz (jk :D)
