my biggest reason to believe it was a murder not a suicide is his daughter he loved that baby deeply. i do not believe he would have wanted his daughter to remember him this way {shooting himself in the head} of course their are other reasons that are all in the evidence that stand out like a sore thumb but the hardest thing i can't believe is him leaving frances this way i just don't think he would have done that.
