The part I loved about the originals is the time period when this film was made...I mean yeah this is just a movie but watching it back then in those days was scary as hell.
They should not have allowed Rob Zombie to destroy two of the best horror films ever made. Halloween (1978) and Halloween II (1981) with Donald Pleasence and Jamie Lee Curtis will forever be, the two most genius, incredibly brilliant horror movie ever made. Halloween just isn't Halloween without the REAL Dr. Loomis.
I know right...... The Shape is a more menicing sounding name. See back then all horror movies were about the same though, so the writers had to come up with "realistic" sounding names insted of Horrific names, but, as the seris progressed, they were able to make it more origanal.
Lets See, Im 13 Now And I've Been Watching These Films Since 2005 When I Was 7 I've Seen Halloween 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, H20, And Resurrection 10000000000 Times I Just Can't Get Enough Of Them. I Love Them All And To This Day I Still Watch Them, I Used To Get Scared When I Was Little But I Watched Them Anyway Because We Need A Good Scare Once And A While, Now I Don't Get Scared I Love These Movies To Death. My Favorites Are H4 And H5, I Used To Hate H5 But Now I Love It!!!
@joeyiskoo92 Yeah I Agree It Was The Worst I Pretend Halloween 4 Is The Halloween 3 Which It Should Have Been, Halloween 4 Is One Of The Best Ones Out There
@SinisterSmileStudios halloween h20 was good for me because it brought back laurie strode played by the same actress..halloween resurrection was alrite..the only thing i didnt like was where michael finally kills her
@joeyiskoo92 Yeah In My Opinion For The Ending Of Resurrection , The Ending Should Have Been Like Maybe Some Dramatic Killing When Michael And Laurie Kill Each Other.
@SinisterSmileStudios naw resurrection shood have never happen..it shooda ended @ halloween 2..but since the popularity of michael brought him back on H4..SO FOR ME IT SHOODA ENDED @ H20
@joeyiskoo92 Yeah I Think H20 Had The PERFECT Ending For All That, Might As Well Have Michael Actually Die With His Head Severed!! Haha But I Did Like The Resurrection Mask!!
@SinisterSmileStudios idk about u but the scene where michael finds laurie in the hospital and where he almost kills her and when he comes close to getting her i was scared but i was hoping she escape...
@SinisterSmileStudios yea and i think because of the scene where he chases her @ the hospital really got me scared lol.. then when she goes to where the marshal and dr . loomis are at and she goes towards them michael pops out like from no where and im like oh shit he gonna get..but what i love from dr loomis is that he was a good man i mean to sacrifice himself to save her is a hero
@SinisterSmileStudios I have to agree. Halloween 4 is one of my favorites, not to mention the first one I saw in the series until I caught a showing of Halloween II on USA when I was like 8 or 9, and not long after that, I finally saw the original for the first time, and it scared the shit outta me.
@lilrockercutie2005 Yeah Man, I Used To Be Scared To Go Out In My Hall Way At Night To Go To The Bathroom Because I Would Think Michael Would Pop Out And Get Me.
@ElectricBlueOil u heard mostly wrong! Halloween 4, 5, and 6 are the best halloweens! the tthird one kicks ass to! but ur rite about the halloween 8!! that one SUCKED!!!!!!
i love classic trailers only being 21 i wasnt able to see it in theaters when it came out which im jealous to anyone who did that would have been awesome but this and the original are the only two movies i consider part of the series john carpenter was amazing in turning a low budget in an iconic series that would eventually get butchered by other directors i wont say who but simply brilliant and somebody should invent a time machine bust out the trinobly
I think it could have been better than the original if John Carpenter directed instead of Rick Rosthnal

Very rarely do you get a sequal to a horror film that was just as good as the original.Halloween 2 is another classic from the great franchise.

this is the best sequel of the franchise, and really, the only good one. (minus H4 and H20, but those arn't as good)
