  • Why are people fighting over which crowd is the best ? I've been to live gigs all over the world and both french and american crowds can be epic when it comes to Macca. Now enjoy one of the last living musical legends we've been blessed with and his most beautiful anthem ever.

  • mais, c'est le batteur de Mylène Farmer !!!

  • Paul McCartney YOU ARE A LEGEND :D

  • great sound grande como los grandes este senor paul mccartney

  • To dean89, you're maybe right, but, one thing to know is that Olympia is a particular stage, the "geography" of it makes that, doesn't matter who plays or on which song level, it will always be louder than the audience...If he palyed in, for example, Bercy with this kind of audience, then, you could say that the audience sucked, but, not in this place. That's particular.

  • everybody here can fuck right off...how are you supposed to tell how 'loud' or how 'supportive' the crowd are being watching a You Tube clip?...aye, exactley, now do as yer told...'FUCK OFF'

  • Why, oh why is there a limit on the 'like' button?!?

  • It's absolutely amazing, i love him so much (:

  • I wanted so bad at the end of this for Paul to start going nuts like he does on the album. Hey Judey judey judey judey juuuuude.

  • Where is DVD Quality?

  • Sensacional!!!

  • Muito boa a performance!!!

  • But he's right... this song was written and sung by Macca, so he can do with it whatever it wants... and I think for 67 he can still rock ;)

sorry for bad englisch, I'm german, hehe

  • His still got it :D

  • i thought the crowd was great and if you go to beatles olympia on youtube you'll see some of THE most appreciative, participating and wild crowds ever, IMO.

  • hey Paul you're a genius for ever

  • LOL!

Ok, If we compare it to the US crowd full of potato couch who are much interested by what they have to eat than the music...

French public is one of the best, they know how to here appreciate music.

  • honey

first of all i'm not american so i wasn't offended, second of all, even british crowd would have been much louder. he also performed in Quebec and Israel which were WAY MORE SUPPORTIVE.

  • Wait, wait. This is Olympia. Small, small music hall, even if it's so very famous. The Québec/Israël shows were held at stadiums/open air ("Les plaines d'Abraham", great wide place).

So it's not about enthusiasm or support, darling. It's about "how much people were there" ;)

    "Simple as that!" :)

  • French... LOL... those damn genocider monsters

  • ah yeah ! les esti d'anglais à marde

  • @beaucampslinien completely right man. The french audience love music and revered most of the underated US singers like Willy De Ville, Gene Vincent, The Flamin' Groovies, Eddie Cochran, Brian Setzer and the stray cats and many many more who are Legends in France and forgotten in USA.

  • @beaucampslinien

I think u are fckimg full of sht man. have u ever been to US? i hope you can read this and shove ur fking cheese up ur fcking ass.

  • Como me gusta este tema. Es un maestro Paul McCartney !!!

  • Yup paul wrote it

  • shut the f** up....... paul mc cartney is a genius....there's no beatles version, this song was wrote and song by him

  • LOLOLOL true btw its sung not "song by him"

  • umm... yea this is actually the "beatles version" x.x it's paul McCartney for pete's sake :D
