pretty damn good mate, for highs really all you need to do is open mouth wider than for a low and pelt it out a bit harder, obviously not too hard to encorprate more throat but once you get highs down they are easier than lows, but lows are more fun :)

highs come from the very back of your throught yo. and it rele is not that high of a scream. if you were to sing a high scream it would be a mid pitchd tone. its hard to explain without showing you but try that dude

all i do is push as much air as i can and 'lower' my throat when doing 'it', obviously u have to try and get deep, as u normally would if u were putting on a 'voice' for laughs
