does the ribbon cover the sharp cut edge of the bottle?

@hanidew05 actually yes, if you noticed, I put the ribbon above the sharp edge, though my scissors are very good and they did not leave the border as sharp as other scissors do. That is a fact I should have mentioned on the video :)

Very cute idea!! I use the cardboard rings that ribbon is wound on for the same purpose!! I remove the flat label off one side and glue about 3 or 4 to a flat piece of chipboard then decorate. Sometimes I just line them up in a shoebox to use as dividers
